Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta All Inclusive, Nuevo Vallarta

My stay at the hotel was overall great! The room had fantastic views of the ocean, a cozy bed, and a spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, there was a sewer smell in the shower every time we used it. The daily refresh service was top-notch, even maintaining the beach toilets impeccably. My room, located on the 3rd floor with a garden view, was quite far from the front desk.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything needed to make us feel at home. The view from our room was stunning, making our experience even more enjoyable. However, there were some issues with birds going after plates on the table when we briefly stepped away, which was a bit annoying. The location was nice, with well-kept surroundings, but the temperature discrepancy between the pools was a downside for my kids during our trip.

The hotel has a special section on the beach, with rooms arranged along very long hallways. Although the room assignment required some effort, eventually a small bottle of vodka was sent, which made it feel like a diamond room. The hotel's service is top-notch and goes above and beyond expectations, especially for getting guests to a presentation.
